Hi, I am Katharina Engelhardt
I help women to confidently present their potential so that they can turn career dreams into reality.
How did I get there?
In my family, equality was never an issue, as my mother has always worked full time. In the course of my career in an international environment, I have naturally wanted and taken on leadership responsibilities. My experiences and observations in professional interactions have sharpened my eye and ear for the challenges that women have globally - and with which (false) beliefs they partly boycott themselves. Too often I find myself being the only woman in decision-making meetings. Too often I shake my head about the challenges and environment my two teenage girls are confronted with.
Today, I have 25+ years of leadership experience and excellent coaching skills. I want to empower women to show up and speak up so they can turn career dreams into reality. I am sharing my approach to getting visible so that you can SHOW UP! to be seen in presenting your accomplishments and yourself with ease and confidence.
If you enjoy structured exercises that accompany you through a course instead of frontal teaching, I can only recommend Katharina Engelhardt's courses. I have already done two courses with her that have challenged and grown me personally (ShowUp! and SpeakUp!). Both courses gave me the right guidelines on how to work on myself in a structured way without wanting to change too much at once. The exchange in the weekly meeting in the group helped me a lot as I was able to get feedback from others and learn from them. Furthermore, the handbook is very helpful to review and internalize what I have learned. My conclusion: the course has the right mix between interactive learning, self-study and group discussion. Highly recommended!
